Ingredients:

  • Fish ½ kg
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Oil/clarified butter as required
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp

Method:
In fish garlic paste all grinded spices and lemon juice. Then put it on fish and leave for 30 minutes. Now fry fish pieces in hot oil or clarified butter and low heat till light golden and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Jalapeño peppers 7
  • Cheddar cheese 125gm
  • Shredded chicken ½ cup
  • Smoked paprika 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Bread crumbs 2 tbsp

 

Method:
Pre heat oven to 350 C. Cut jalapenos from center and remove seeds. Then mix all ingredients and stuff it in jalapenos and bake them till golden.
