Ingredients:
- Potato sliced ½ kg
- Achaar masala 2 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Crushed chili 1 tsp
- Onion sliced 1 large
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Cumin ½ tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Green chili sliced 2
- Tomato sliced 4
Method:
Heat oil in a pan then add potato and fry on medium heat for 10 minutes then remove and set aside. Now in the same pan add onion and fry then add tomato, cumin, Achaari Masala, crushed chili, salt, lemon juice and 1 cup of water then cook on slow heat for 10 minutes. Then add potato and green chili and cook on high heat for 5 minutes and serve hot.

- Beef minced ½ kg
- Peas 2 cups
- Fresh coriander 1 bunch
- Onions 2
- Ginger, garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
Red chili powder 1 tsp - Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- All spices masala mix 1 tsp
- Tomato (grind) 2
- Pickle 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 3
- Oil ½ cup
- Water 1 cup
Method:
In sauce pan oil ,onion ,mince ,ginger ,garlic paste ,salt ,red chili powder ,termeric powder ,whole spices powder and tomatoes add and cook .when well mix mince then add peas and tender then covered and cook till than peas tender .finally add fresh coriander , Pickleand green chilies add then dish out and serve .
