INGRIDIENTS:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • Whole spice powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice ¼ cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup

 

METHOD:
Marinate the mutton with all the above ingredients for 10 to 12 hours. Then steam the marinated mutton in a steamer for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Sela rice 500 gm
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Salt as taste
  • Whole spice powder 2 tbsp

 

METHOD:
Heat oil in a wok, add onion and slightly fry. Add garlic paste, salt and whole spice powder, cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Then add water and let it boil. Add rice, cook well. Cover and allow it to cook. Serve hot.
