Ingredients:
- Mince 1kg
- Egg 1
- Fried Onion 4
- All Spice Powder 1 tsp
- Raw Papaya 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
- Mace ¼ tsp
- Nutmeg ¼ tsp
- Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
- Oil as required
- Salt as required
Method:
• First of all in a bowl add ½ kg mince, 4 fried onion along with 1tsp raw papaya. Finely chopped them together.
• After this finely chop ¼ tsp nutmeg, ¼ tsp mace. Mix together and add into mince.
• Also, 1 egg, 1 tsp all spice powder, 1 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp cardamom powder and salt as required.
• Mix well.
• In the end give them a shape of Gola kabab and fry in low heated oil.
• BBQ and serve accordingly.

- Potatoes (round cut) ½ kg
- Onion 1
- Tomatoes 2
- Green chilies 2
- Salt ½ tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Green coriander 2 tbsp
- Chicken cube 1
- Oil as required
Method:
Heat oil and fry onion then add all spices and roast well now add 1-1/2 cup of water and add chicken cubes when potatoes tender and gravy thick then add green chili and green coriander and stove off.
