Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken (cubed) 500 gm
  • Onion (grated) 4 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Saffron 2 pinches
  • Turmeric 2 pinches
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Skewers as required
  • Tomato (grilled) for serving
  • Parsley as required

 

For The Rice:

  • Rice (boiled) 2 cups
  • Saffron ½ tsp
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Chicken stock ¾ cup

 

Method:
Marinate boneless chicken cubes with all the above ingredients for about 2-3 hours. Then place it in skewers and bake or grill until golden brown.
For saffron rice, heat butter add boiled rice and chicken stock. Mix well, cover and cook. Meanwhile, dissolve saffron in water and add in the rice. In the end place it in a dish and serve with Persian kabab, parsley and grilled tomatoes.

Ingredients:

  • Beef minced 1/2kg
  • Red beans boiled 2 cup
  • Chopped onion 1 whole
  • Chopped tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Crushed ginger, garlic 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • Ginger finely chopped as required
  • Green chili as required

 

Method:
Heat oil and fry chopped onions while putting ginger, garlic and fry them as well simultaneously. Now put mince meat of cow, boiled tomatoes, green chili powder, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, and roast all the ingredients perfectly. Now put ½ cup water while cooking simultaneously. As the water gets dried up, put boiled beans, cumin, all spice powder, fine chopped garlic, and small amount of green chili. Now add cream and 4 tbsp water and let it cook. Now pour out on the dish, and garnish it with fine chopped ginger, coriander, mint leaves, and green chilies.
