Ingredients:
- Butter 310gm
- Caster sugar 425gm
- Eggs 3
- Vanilla essence Few drops
- Salt pinch
- Flour 325gm
- Baking Soda 3grams
- Baking powder 3.5 gm
- Yogurt 100gm
Ingredients for meringue frosting:
- Egg white 2
- Caster sugar 100gm
- Butter 170gm
- Coconut essence few drops
Ingredients Chocolate glaze:
- White chocolate 250gm
- Whipped cream 100gm
- Butter 50gm
Method for cake:
Butter ,sugar ko beat kren creamy home tak ek ek kar k egg dalen salt vanilla essence bhi dal den ab flour baking powder baking soda dalen last me yogurt dalen or spatula ki madad se mix kren 7 inches round pan me bake krlen 170c pe 25 to 30 minutes
Method for meringue frosting:
Egg white or sugar ko double boiler pe cook kren or continuously whisk krte rahen jb tar banne lagay to double boiler se utar len ya 80c tak cook kr k utar len ab beat kren jb tak achi fluffy or thandi na hojay phir thora thora kr k butter add kren coconut essence dalen
Method for Chocolate glaze:
Chocolate melt krlen cream halki garam krlen butter melt kren or tino chizon ko whisk krlen

- Brown sugar 75gm
- Egg ½
- Flour 150gm
- Baking soda 1gm
- Chocolate chip 100gm
Method:
Sugar butter ko whisk kren egg add kren whisk kren dry ingredients or chip dalden dough bna k fridge me rakhden 15mint bad nikal k 40g each ball banaen chip lagaen top pe or bake krlen 180 p per 13 to 15 min
