Ingredients:

  • Bitter gourd ½ kg
  • Onion sliced 1 large
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/3 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp

 

Method:
Peel it bitter gourd .then sprinkling the salt .then wash and cut in 2 inch pieces .now heat oil and add Bitter gourd and fry for 5 minutes then remove and set aside .after this in heated oil add onion and fry garlic and ginger .now add red chili powder, turmeric and cumin then fry for half minutes .finally add cream, yogurt and salt and cook for 10 minutes .then add bitter gourd and cook then serve.

Ingredients:

  • Fish ½ kg
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt 1tbsp
  • Crushed chili powder 1tbsp
  • Tamarind paste ½ cup
  • Cumin 2tbsp
  • Coriander 2tbsp
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Crushed Coriander 1tbsp
  • Mint ½ bunch
  • Green chilies 4- 6

 

Method:
Cut fish from the center and sprinkle salt and marinate for 1 hour, now wash and dry it, then fry it from both sides, now add remaining ingredients in a blender and make a smooth paste, lastly serve fish with chutney.
