Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 500gm
  • Potato cubes 1 cup
  • Clarified butter 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Onion slices 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato chopped 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • Green chili julienned 2 to 3
  • Ginger julienned for garnish
  • Fresh coriander chopped for garnish

METHOD:
Heat clarified butter add onion fry well. Add ginger garlic paste fry well. Add beef minced cook well. Add all spices, cook well. Add tomatoes mix well then add water and leave for simmering. When meat is done then cooks well. Add potatoes and green chilies cook till potatoes are done. Add ginger and green coriander serve.

Ingredients:

  • Gram lentil boiled ½ cup
  • Split Black gram boiled ½ cup
  • Clarified butter 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Onion slices 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato chopped 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp

For Tempering:

  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green chili slices 2 to 3
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Tomato chopped 1

METHOD:
Heat clarified butter add onion fry well. Add ginger garlic paste cook well. Add all spices and tomatoes cook well till gravy separate. Add boiled gram lentil and boiled split black gram then add little amount of water and bring to boil. Heat oil in frying pan add garlic and cumin cook till brown color comes. Add tomatoes and green chili fry well. Add tempering on lentil and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla sponge 1 lb
  • Coffee 1 tbsp
  • Condensed milk ¼ cup
  • Whipped cream 2 cups
  • Almonds 20 gm
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Milky chocolate ganache for garnish

METHOD:
In frying pan add sugar and almonds to make caramelize. Apply oil on steel dish add caramelized sugar on it and let it cool. Crunch is ready. Spread sponge on serving dish then add milk to make it moist. Mix coffee and condensed milk in whipped cream and pour on sponge. Sprinkle crunch and decorate with ganache, serve.
