Ingredients:
- Milk 1 cup
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Eggs 3
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
For caramel:
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Water 3 tbsp
Method:
In a pan add egg ,sugar ,vanilla essence and milk mix well and cook for a minute .when milk thick then remove it and cool it .now for caramel in water add sugar and cook then add milk mixture and again cook .
Ingredients:
- Mutton with bone 500 gm
- Oil ½ cup
- Ginger paste 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Green chili paste 4tbsp
- Onion boiled & paste ½ cup
- Tomato puree ½ cup
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Salt as required
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Cream ½ cup
- Fresh coriander chopped for garnish
Method:
In mixing bowl add mutton with salt, green chili paste, ginger garlic paste, marinate well. Heat oil in pan add marinated mutton fry well. Add tomato puree, fried onion, yogurt and all ingredients cook till mutton is done. Add cream cook till oil is separate. Add green coriander, serve.
