Ingredients:
- Prawns ½ kg
- Tomatoes ½ kg
- Green Chilies 5-6
- Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Dill 1 bunch
- Fenugreek Seeds 1 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
- Lemon Juice few drops
Method:
In a wok, heat oil add garlic fry and take it out.
Now add prawn and cook on high flames. Then add tomatoes, crushed black pepper, crushed cumin seeds, salt, turmeric powder, green chilies and cover it.
When prawns are tender, removes from the stove.
In the end, add dill, fenugreek seeds and let it simmer.
Sprinkles coriander leaves, lemon juice and serve.
Ingredients:
- Red beans 1 kg
- Tomatoes ½ kg
- Button Red Chilies 10
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Onions 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Red Chili 1 tsp
- Fenugreek Seeds 1 tsp
- Green Chilies 2 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves ½ cup
- Oil for frying
Method:
In a pan, heat oil add Button Red Chilies, Onions, Cumin Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Salt, Tomatoes, Bottle Gourd, and Turmeric Powder and let it simmer for 20 minutes. When they are tender and fry. Sprinkles Coriander Leaves and Green Chilies.
Ingredients:
- Paratha 1 packet
- Nuggets (chicken) 1 packet
- Ketchup ½ cup
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Cabbage ½ cup
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Lettuce as required
- Onion chopped 1
- Tomato chopped 1
Method:
Fry paratha and nuggets. Add nuggets, ketchup, lettuce, onion chopped, tomato chopped, mayonnaise, cabbage and chili sauce on paratha. Roll and serve.
