Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 1/2kg
- Onion 2
- Garlic 1tbsp
- Ginger 1tbsp
- Red chili (powder) 2tbsp
- Turmeric (powder) 1/2tbsp
- Cumin 1-1/2tbsp
- Coriander 1-1/2tbsp
- Oil 1/4cup
- All spices (whole) 2tbsp
Method:
In a pan heat oil and fry onion, ginger and garlic. Now add and fry chicken mince, red chili and turmeric powder for 10mins. Now add whole all spices, coriander, cumin and fry for 5mins more. Now add salt and 4 cup of water and cover it and cook for 30mins more. Now remove the cover and dry out water and serve.
Ingredients:
For the dough:
- Flour 1cup
- Brown sugar ½ cup
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Butter (melted) ½ cup
For the filling:
- Egg 2
- Condensed milk ½ tin
- Flour ¼ cup
- Brown sugar 1/3 cup
- Butter (melted) ¼ cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Coconut shredded 2cups
- Peanut butter chocolate 2 cups
Method:
All the dough ingredients mix and make dough then dough pour in baking tray and press then bake at 170 degree for 10 minute then remove .now all filling ingredients mix in a bowl then mixture spread on dough base and bake at 170 degree centigrade for 150 to 20 minutes and remove and cool then cut the square shape and serve it .
