Ingredients:
- Bread slices 8-10
- Clarified butter for fry
- Whole dried milk as required
- Mix nuts as required
- Sliver paper 1
- Ingredients for sugar syrup:
- Sugar 2 cup
- Water 1-1/2 cup
- Saffron color 2 pinch
- Green cardamoms 3-4
Method:
For syrup cook water and sugar, add saffron color and cardamom prepare syrup, and turn flame off. Deep fry bread slice till golden in color. Dip in syrup. Dish out garnish with whole dried milk and mix nuts apply silver warq.
Ingredients:
- Chicken 750 gm
- Mix whole spice 1 tbsp
- Chopped onion 3-4
- Tomato puree ½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Cayenne pepper 1-1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 4-5
- Green coriander ½ bunch
- Ginger finely chopped 1 tbsp
- All spice powder ¾ tsp
- Clarified butter ¾ cup
- Fired onion as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
Wash chicken apply yogurt. Heat ½ ghee and fry onion. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, green chili, turmeric, coriander, degi red chili and tomato puree fry well. Add chicken cook well. Add 1 cup of water cook chicken till tender. Add all spice powder, green coriander, green chilies dish out. Heat remaining ghee add 2 pinch of red chili. Add on chicken. After that add remaining green masala and fried onion serve with rice.
