Ingredients for petty:
- Arvi ke petty 4-5
- Besan 2cups
- Chopped onion 1
- Chopped garlic 5-6 cloves
- Ginger paste 1tsp
- Chopped green chillies 5
- Salt 1tsp
- crushed Red chillies 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- coriander seeds 1tbsp
- garam masala 1tsp
Ingredients for Masalay:
- Onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
- Tomato 2
- Yoghurt 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- coriander powder 1 tsp
- garam masala 1/2 tsp
MATHOD:
add some water and make paste with these ingredients.
Apply this paste on arvi ke patty one by one in layers of4 to 5 leaves and then roll it up.
Steam this role then cut it into pieces and shallow fry.
Fry chopped onion at ginger garlic paste then add salt red chilli powder tomatoes yoghurt and all other masalas . fry it for 2 to 3 minutes and add fried Aravi ke patte and keep it on low frame for about 5 to 10 minutes. Dish it out Aravi ke patty is ready to serve .
