Ingredients
- Pizza dough 1
- Sesame seeds and kalongi as required
- Egg 1 for egg wash
Method
Roll out dough and cut into hallow rounds like bagels now egg wash and sprinkles sesame and kalonji seeds. Bake till golden brown.
Ingredients For Crispy Batter:
- Egg 1
- Cold chilled water ¾ cup
- Flour ¾ cup
- Corn flour ½ cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- White Pepper ¼ tsp
- Garlic Powder pinch
- Baking Powder 2 tsp heaped
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Chilli oil for color a drop or 2
- Fish fillet 150g
- Salt and pepper 1 tsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Frozen fries as required
- Tartar sauce
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Dill or tarragon 1 tsp
- Lemon juice few drops
- Pickle optional
Method
In a bowl make batter with ice chilled water. Then marinate fish and deep fry till golden brown.
Serve with fries and tartar sauce.
