Ingredients

- Grated Carrots
- Egg
- All Purpose Flour
- Ground Cinnamon
- Baking Powder
- Baking Soda
- Salt
- Sugar
- Chopped Walnuts
- Oil
- 80 g
- 1 unit
- 65 g
- 1/2 tsp
- 1 tsp
- 1 tsp
- A pinch
- 110 g
- Optional
- As Req
Method:
1. In a mixing bowl add egg and sugar and beat until tripled in volume
2. Add oil to the mix and fold followed by all the dry ingredients, fold again
3. Transfer the mix to cupcake liners and bake at 180 C for 12- 15 mins or until the skewer comes out clean

- Butter
- Salt
- Melted Chocolate
- Packet Custard
- Whipped Cream
- Cocoa Powder
- 12- 14 pcs
- 1 tbsp
- a pinch
- 150 ml
- 4- 6 tbsp
- 8-10 tbsp
- 1-2 tbsp
Method:
1. Combine crushed biscuits, butter and salt then spread evenly on tart molds and bake at 160 C for 5-6 mins
2. In a mixing bowl mix together custard, whipped and cocoa powder and place in the chiller until the tart base is ready to work with
3. After the bases cool, brush them with melted chocolate
4. Now add the custard mix to the tart base
5. Serve chilled
