Ingredients
- APF 120 g
- Salt a pinch
- Baking Soda 1 1/2tsp
- Ghee 1 tbsp
- Water as needed
- Pistachio for garnish
- Sugar 200 g
- Water 100 g
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Cardamom 3 pcs
- Food Color as needed
- Oil for frying
Method:
1. Add salt and ghee to flour, gradually add water as needed
2. Now add baking soda to the thick batter, transfer to a piping bag and fry in hot oil.
3. Make sheera with cardamom and lemon juice, add color the soak jalebi in it
4. Serve warm
Ingredients
- Boiled Spaghetti Optional
- Peas Optional
- Carrots 2 shredded
- Cabbage 1/2, shredded
- Spring Onions 3-4 chopped
- Capsicum 2-3 thinly sliced
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Oil For frying
- Roll Wrap/ Patti 14-6 sheets
Method:
1. In pan sauté all shredded/chopped veggies and spaghetti with sauces and seasonings
2. Add the mix on to a roll wrapper/ patti and wrap it into a mini roll (watch video for rolling technique)
3. Fry in hot oil, serve warm with your favorite sauce
