Ingredients Quantities For Doughnuts
- Milk 250 ml
- Apf 400 g
- Sugar 50 g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Egg 1 whole
- Instant Yeast 2 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Packet Custard 300ml
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Caramel
- Sugar 350 g
- Water 150 ml
- Oil for frying
Method:
1. For donut dough add everthing, except butter, to a standing mixer and mix until smooth then add butter and knead some more
2. Grease a bowl and let the dough rise for 45mins
3. Roll dough into 1/2 inch sheet cut out circles, and give it a second rise
4. Deep fry in oil, cool for a bit and poke holes, set aside to cool completely
5. Now pipe in custard and prepare caramel and dip in donuts
Ingredients Quantities
- Pizza Dough
- APF 250 g
- Warm Water 255 g
- Instant Yeast 1 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Pizza Toppings
- Marinara Sauce 6-8 tbsp
- Fajita/ Tikka Chicken 300 g
- Capsicum 2, chopped
- Corn Optional
- Olive Optional
- Onion 1, chopped
- M Cheese 200 g
Method:
Pizza Dough:
1. Add everything to a mixing bowl and knead until soft dough
2. Oil a container and let the dough rise for 45mins to an hour
3. Now flatten it out on a greased baking tray and spread marinara sauce
4. Add your desired toppings and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40mins or until the base is golden brown
