Ingredients Quantities
- Kaleji 500 gm
- Green Onion/ Shimla/ Onion 2/ 1/ 1 Unit Chopped
- Cliantro 1 bunch, chopped
- Tomato 2, chopped
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- GG Paste 1 tbsp
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
- Ground Cumin 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Dried Oregano 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Method
1. Stir fry kaleji with gg paste, whole cumin seed, black pepper. Add salt at the very end
2. In seperate frying pan add shimla, onion, cilantro, tomato with salt/ pepper, ground cumin, red chilli flakes, dried oregano saute in oil
3. Serve hot with roghni naan
Ingredients Quantities
- Milk 1 ltr
- Condensed Milk 200 ml
- Dried Dates 10-12 chopped
- Almonds 14-16 chopped
- Pistachios 16-18 chopped
- Cardamom 4-6
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Vermicelli 100 g
Method
1. Sauté vermicelli in ghee and set aside
2. In a pan boil milk with cardamom until its reduced to 25% then add condensed milk, dates and nuts, boil some more and add vermicelli
3. Can be served warm or chilled
