Ingredients
- Boiled Potatoes 2
- Apple 2
- Pineapple Chunks 1 Cup
- Boiled Carrot 1 Cup
- Boiled Peas 1 Cup
- Boiled Egg 1 (optional)
- Mayonnaises 1 Cup
- Fresh Cream 1/2 Cup
- Caster Sugar 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black Pepper 1/4 tsp
- White Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Ice berg Lettuce
- Croutons as required
Method
In a pan cut Potatoes into little cubes and sauté. In a bowl add mayo, cream, sugar, and seasonings. Now mix well with potatoes, apple, pineapple, peas, boiled egg (optional) garnish with parsley croutons and ice berg.
Ingredients
- fresh strawberries 2-3 cups
- granulated sugar 2 Cups
- lemon juice 1 tbsp
Method
In a deep pot add in berries with lime juice,
and sugar let it rest for 5mins. Now simmer
make sure to remove the foam on top.
Cook till the mixture thickens. Now let it cool down
and fill into the jam bottles.
This recipe requires strawberries which is
approximately 3 1/2 cups of firmly packed
chunked strawberries. You may use frozen
berries if you wish but thaw them first.
You can also use blueberries, raspberries,
blackberries or any combination thereof.
