- Lemon juice 4 tbsp

- Tamarind juice 1 cup
- Carrom seed ½ tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Whole red chili 10
- Jaggery 1 tsp
- Red food coloring 1 pinch

- Thinly chopped almond, pistachio as needed
