COFFE SOUFFLE WITH MOCHA SAUCE Recipe | Shireen Anwar at Masala Mornings

Ingredients:
Milk                1 cup
Corn Flour            2 tbsp
Coffee                1 tbsp
Sugar                ½ cup
Vanilla Essence        1 tsp
Egg  (separated)    3
Cream of Tartar        ¼ tsp
Fresh cream        1 ½ cup
Gelatin                1 tbsp heaped
Ingredients for Mocha sauce:
Water                ½ cup
Coffee                2 tbsp
Chocolate Chips     2 tbsp
Corn flour            ½ tsp
Vanilla                ¼ tsp

Method: Whisk together milk, sugar and coffee and corn flour and egg yolks in a saucepan, until smooth. Cook whisking over moderate heat until mixture thickens, transfer to a bowl and add vanilla. Beat egg whites stiff, beat fresh cream stiff. Now fold both together in the cool custard. Put in the refrigerator to set for 2 hours. Remove decorate with piped cream, drizzle with mocha sauce
Method:
Put all together in saucepan, cook stirring until thick.
