Channa Daal qeema Recipe

Channa Daal qeema:

Ingredients:

400 grm beef mince
1 medium onion sliced
2-3 tomatoes chopped
1 cup channa Daal boiled
2 tsp garlic chopped
1 tbsp ginger chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 tsp Taara garm masala
1/2 cup oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
Green chillies cut into half ( garnish)
Ginger thinly cut into Juliane ( garnish)
Few Mint leaves ( garnish)

Method:

Heat oil in pan fry onion , ginger , garlic, and beef mince for few mints, then add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and cook on slow flame until beef mince is tender.
Add boiled channa Daal and 1/2 cup of water and cook on slow flame for few mints until channa Daal is mixed with beef mince masala.
Now add Taara garm masala, green chillies, dry fenugreek leaves, lemon juice and ginger, cover the pan for 2-3 mints for dum.
Dish it out and garnish with mint leaves, serve with home made chapati.
