Ingredients:
- Eggplant (sliced) 1
- Potato (sliced) 1
- Onion (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Green chilies (chopped) 2
- Mint leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chat masala 1 tsp
- Cumin ½ tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 cup
- Red chili flakes (chopped) ½ tsp
Method:
Boil potato and cut into small piece. Roast eggplant on fire. Add chopped tomatoes, chopped onion, chopped green chilies, salt, cumin, red chili flakes, oil, eggplant and potatoes in yogurt mix well. In the end add chat Masala and serve.
Ingredients:
- Tikka boti (chicken) 1 packet
- Parathas 4
- Green chutney ½ cup
- Tomato ketchup ½ cup
- Onion rings as required
- Mint leaves as required
Method:
Fry tikka boti. Then fry parathas. Now place cooked parathas and place cooked tikka boti. Then add green chutney, onion rings and mint leaves. Roll it and serve hot with ketchup.
Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken ½ kg
- Nutmeg 1 piece
- Saffron a pinch
- Bay Leaves 2
- Green Chilies 6
- Stock 1 cup
- Rice (boiled) 2 cups
- Clarified butter ½ cup
- Mint Leaves ½ bunch
- Mace 2 piece
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Screw pine essence 1 tbsp
- Star Anise Powder ½ tsp
- Yellow Food Color ½ tsp
Method:
In a pan, heat clarified butter add ginger garlic paste, black cumin seeds, bay leaf, nutmeg, mace, add boneless chicken and fry well. Now add stock, salt, finely chopped green chilies and let it simmer for 10 minutes. After this, add boiled rice, star anise powder, mint leaves, screw pine essence, saffron, yellow food color, let it simmer for 15 minutes and removes from the stove. Delicious boneless chicken pulao is ready.
