Aalu Gosht Ki Karahi is the combination of two of our favorite dishes, Karahi and Aloo Gosht.

Ingredient:
- Beef with bone ½ kg
- Potato boiled ½ cups
- Oil ¼ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
- Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
- Green coriander chopped1 tbsp
- Ginger julienned 1 tbsp
- Green chilies julienned 2 – 3
METHOD:
Karahi men oil garam ker kay beef or lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker achi tarhan fry ker len.phir tamam sukhay masaly dal ker fry Karen phir tomato puree or dahi dal keratna pakaen kay oil or gravy alag hojae phir ubaly aalo, adrak, hari mirchen or dhania dal ker mazeed 1 minute tak pakalen.
Ingredients:
- Rice 500 gm
- Oil ¼ cup
- Curry leaves 12 – 14
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 5 – 6
- Tamarind pulp ½ cup
- Coconut crushed roasted 3 tbsp
- White till roasted 3 tbsp
- Peanut roasted 3 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Water as required
METHOD:
Pan men oil garam ker kay lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker fry ker len phir curry patta or hari mirchen dal ker fry Karen phir coconut, till or peanut ka paste dal ker itna pakaen kay oil or gravy alag alag ho jae phir salt, lal mirch , haldi or zeera shamil Karen or mazeed 2 mintues tak pakanay kay bad imli ka pani or sada pani shamil Karen or boil anay den jab boil ajae to chawal dal keritnapakaenkaypanichawalkisatah per ajae to 15 – 20 minutes kayliyedum per chor den.

- Pasta boiled 1 cup
- Cucumber sliced ¼ cup
- Carrot sliced ¼ cup
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- White pepper 1 pinch
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
METHOD:
Ek mixing bowl men tamam ajza dal ker achi tarhan mix ker len.
Ingredients:
- White chickpeas boiled 1 cup
- Turnip cubes 1 cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chili paste 1 tbsp
- Onion paste boiled 1 cup
- Yogurt ¼ cup
- Green coriander chopped 2 – 3 tbsp
- Mint chopped 2 – 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 – 3 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
- Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Ginger julienned for garnish
- Green chilies julienned for garnish
METHOD:
Pan men oil garam ker kay ginger or garlic paste dal ker sauté kerlen. phir green chili paste, dahi or piyaz ka paste dal ker achi tarhan bhoonlen. phir tamam sukhay masalay or dhaina or podinay ka paste dal ker itna pakaen kay oil or gravy alag alag ho jae phir boiled chanay, shaljam, adrak or hari mirch dal ker achi tarhan bhoon len yahan takkay oil or gravy alag alag ho jae phir apni zarurat kay hisab – gravy ko adjust ker len.
