Ingredients:
- Beef boiled 500gm
- Potatoes 500gm
- Onion sliced 500gm
- Tomatoes 500gm
- Whole spice 1tbsp
- Red chili whole 8-10
- Salt as required
- Oil ¾ cup
- Coriander 1tbsp
- Cumin 1tsp
- Green chilies 4-5
- Plum dried 6-8
- Coriander as required
- Red chili powder 1tsp
- Coriander powder 1tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Method:
Heat oil sauté onion, now in the same pan add whole spice, red chili, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder , and coriander powder and roast it , now add beef and roast , lastly add other ingredients garnish with coriander and serve .
Ingredients for phulki:
- Gram flour 1-1/2 cup
- Salt, pepper, turmeric as required
- Soda pinch
- Oil for frying
Ingredients for pani:
- Water 4cups
- Tamarind pulp 2tbsp
- Chat masala 1-1/2 tsp
- Sugar 2tbsp
- Salt as required
- Chopped onion 1
- White chickpeas boiled 1cup
- Coriander 2tbsp
- Dried ginger ½ tsp
- Cumin ground 1tsp

- Mustard 1tsp
- Curry leaves 8-10
- Green chilies 1tbsp
- Chicken stock 1-1/2 cup
- Coriander ½ bunch
- Salt as required
- Chopped onion 1
- Asafetida pinch
- Ginger garlic 1tbsp
- Raisins 4tbsp
- Boil eggs to garnish
- Lemon slice to garnish
- Oil as required
