Ingredients:
- Potatoes boil 2cups
- Onion chopped 1cup
- Tomatoes chopped 1cup
- Coriander, green chilies ½ cup
- Coriander crushed 1tbsp
- Ginger chopped 1tbsp
- White cumin crushed 1tsp
- Pomegranate seed 1tbsp
- Bread crumbs 2tbsp
- Red pepper crushed 1tbsp
- Turmeric 2pinches
- Corn flour 2tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Oil for frying
- Tomatoes sliced as required
Method :
Boil the potatoes and peel it .then egg beaten then 1 tbsp oil and fry half done .now except tomato slices and oil .all ingredients mix with hand .then make chapli kabab and place on chapli kabab tomato slice then shallow fry .finally serve with salad .
Curry Ingredients:
- oil 1/2cup
- grinded onion 1/2cup
- fenugreek seeds ½ tsp
- fried grinded onion 2 tbsp
- ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- boil grinded tomatoes 2
- yogurt ½ cup
- salt, red chili, turmeric as required
- coriander powder 1 tbsp
- cumin powder ¾ tsp
- all spices powder ½ tsp
- other ingredients:
- boil egg 8
- green coriander as required
Method:
boil egg in salted water .then heat oil and then add ginger garlic paste ,grinded onion ,salt ,red chili ,turmeric ,fenugreek seeds and grinded coriander add and roast .then add tomatoes and yogurt add and masala roast ..now add cumin powder and all spices powder and water mix .after this in curry add egg .when gravy thick then dish out and then add green coriander and all spices add and serve .

- Tomatoes ½ kg
- Chopped onion 2
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Green chili 3-4
- Curry leaves 6-8
- Whole red chili 6-8
Method:
In tomatoes add oi and grilled it .then pel and chopped .after this add mustard seeds and whole red chili and fry .now chopped onion ,crushed garlic and curry leaves fry .then chopped green chili ,red chili powder ,salt and turmeric add and roast the masala .after this chopped tomatoes and roast then add lemon juice mix .now 5 minutes leave on dum .finally add green coriander and serve .
