Ingredients:
- Beef Mince ½ kg
- Potatoes (fried) ½ kg
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Mint Leaves 1 bunch
- Coal 1 piece
- Oil 1 cup
- Onions 2
- Cardamoms 4
- Green Chilies 6
- Button red Chilies 10
- Ginger, Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Papaya 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
- Whole Coriander 1 tbsp
- Fennel Seeds 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
Method:
On skillet roast fennel seeds, whole coriander, cumin seeds, cardamoms, button red chilies then grind all these condiments.
Marinate beef mince with crushed and roasted masala, papaya, salt, onions, ginger garlic paste and mix, leave it for half an hour and freeze it.
For making mince, take oil in a pan and add freeze mince leave it for half an hour on low flame till water dries, add fried potatoes, mint leaves, green chilies, and removes from the stove and smoke coal.
Dum aalu qeema is ready.

- Cooked rice 2 cups
- Corn 1 cup
- Onion (chopped) 1
- Tomato (chopped) 1
- Bell pepper (cubed) 1 cup
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Green coriander 2 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 3-4
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Butter 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil ¼ cup
Method:
Heat oil add onion and fry till golden. Then add tomatoes and cook well. Add salt, red chili powder, all spice powder and cook masala well. Then add rice, corn, green coriander, green chilies, bell pepper, and butter and mix well. Serve.
