Ingredients:

  • Bringle 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes chopped 2
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp

For Tempering:

  • Asafoetida 1 pinch
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Nigella seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 1 tbsp

 

Method:

Cut bringle into half and shallow fry them. Heat oil add all ingredients of tempering. Add onion, tomato and all spice. When it done add water cook bringle for 10 minute.

Ingredients :

  • Lasagna noodles 8 sheets
  • Chicken shredded (cooked) 2 cups

 

For Alfredo Sauce

  • Garlic minced ½ tablespoon
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter ½ cup
  • Mozzarella cheese shredded 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup

 

Method:
Pre- heated the oven. Sauté garlic in the butter. Add cream, cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper cook. Place cooked chicken and sauce on lasagna sheet fold well. Then add cheese bake till golden in color.
