Ingredients:
- Beef mince 500 gm
- Chick peas 1 cup
- Chick peas stock 2 cups
- Clarified butter ¼ cup
- Onion slices 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt ¼ cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Fresh coriander chopped for garnish
- Ginger julienned for garnish
METHOD:
Heat oil add onion fry well. Add ginger garlic paste then add beef cook well. Add spices and yogurt cook well. Add chickpea water leave for simmer. When meat is done add chickpea cook till clarified butter is separated. Grind chickpeas cook till gravy becomes thick. Add chopped green coriander and ginger serve.
Ingredients:
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Clarified butter 2 to 3 tbsp
- Sweet soda 1 pinch
- Onion chopped 3 to 4 tbsp
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Green chili chopped 1
- Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chili crushed 1 tsp
- Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
- Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
- Water as required
- Clarified butter for frying
METHOD:
In mixing bowl add gram flour and all ingredients knead well. Leave for 10 to 15 minute to rinse. Make balls leave for 10 to 15 minute. Roll cut into fine pieces then roll again. Again roll cook from both sides,
Ingredients for Brownie:
- Chocolate haze 200gm
- Butter 100gm
- Sugar 100gm
- Brown sugar 75 gm
- Eggs 3
- Flour 100 gm
- Cocoa powder 35 gm
- Salt 1 pinch
- Vanilla essence few drops
- Hot water 120 gm
- Tutti Fruity Ice Cream
- Whippy whip strawberry cream 2 cups
- Condense milk 1 cup
- Red & green asharfi ¼ cup
- Chocolate ganache for garnish
METHOD:
For brownie in mixing bowl add choco heze, brown sugar and sugar melt well. Add egg in the mixture. Add flour, cocoa powder and salt mix well. Add vanilla essence and water mix well. Add 9×9 baking dish bake at 170C for 30 to 35 minutes. For Ice Cream, in mixing bowl add whipped cream, condensed milk and asharfiyan. Keep in freezer for 2 hour. Mix ice cream with spoon and keep for 2 to 3 in freezer. When ice cream is ready layer brownie in serving dish. Add ice cream layer. Add brownie layer then pour ganache and serve.
