Afghani Chicken Kababs are a mood changer. These are juicy, succulent and flavorful. Pair them with Afghani Chutney and you’ll have yourself the most incredible tasting dinner!
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken cubes ½ kg
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Grinded fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin seeds 1 ½ tsp
- Cardamom powder ½ tsp
- Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp
- Allspice ½ tsp
- Capsicums 2
- Onions 2
- Wooden skewers as required
- Coal 1 piece
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 tsp
METHOD
- Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 2 hours.
- Pierce chicken cubes on wooden skewers alternating with onion and capsicum cubes.
- Grill these chicken skewers.
- Then give dum of coal.
- Serve drizzled with cream and dash of butter.

- Red capsicums 2
- Fresh red chilies 4
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Green coriander ½ bunch
- Salt ½ tsp
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- Vinegar ½ cup
- Tomato 2
- Red chili for garnishing
- Green chili for garnishing
Method:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
- Wait till it forms a thick consistency.
- Pour it out in a small bowl and garnish it with green and red chiles.
