Ingredients:
- Rice 500gm
- Chick peas boiled 1 cup
- Eggs boiled 5 to 6
- Oil ¼ cup
- Onion slices 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chili paste 2 tbsp
- Tomato slices 2
- Whole all spice 1 tbsp
- Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
- Chicken powder 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
METHOD:
Heat oil add onion fry till golden brown color comes. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilies fry well. Add whole spices, tomato slices and all spice cook till oil is separate from gravy. Add boiled chickpeas and boiled eggs cook well. When boil comes add rice cook till water becomes at level of rice. Simmer for 10 to 14 minute and serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Chicken minced 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Spring onions chopped 2- 3 tbsp
- Green chili chopped 1
- Manda Patti as required
- Oil for deep frying
- Flour paste for binding
METHOD:
In mixing bowl add chicken minced, mozzarella cheese and all spices mix well. add chicken mixture in Manda Patti then seal with flour paste. Make all wontons like the above one procedure. Heat oil in wok add wontons cook on high flame till golden color comes.

- Chicken pieces 3
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Green chili paste 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
- Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
- Tamarind pulp ¼ cup
- Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
- Green chilies sliced 4- 5
- Oil for frying
METHOD:
Add water, salt, vinegar in bowl then dip chicken for 30 minute. In mixing bowl add yogurt and marinate ingredients to form paste. Add oil in tawa then add pieces of chicken fry well. Add yogurt mixture mix well. add chicken leave for 10 minute. Add green chili on chicken paste cook well.
