Ingredients for Topping:

  • Apple chunks 1 cup
  • Sugar ¼ cup
  • Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
  • Corn flour as required
  • Water as required

Ingredients for French toast:

  • Bread slices 3 to 4
  • Milk 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 to 2 tbsp
  • Egg 2 pcs
  • Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
  • Cream 1 to 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Method:
Topping bananay kay liye pan men apple, sugar, cinnamon or pani dal ker itna pakaen kay apple mashed hojae phir akhir men corn flour dal ker topping ko garhan ker lain.
Toast bananay kay liye mixing bow men egg, sugar, milk or cream dal ker phaint lain. Phir bread slices
Ko in batter men dip ker kay frying pan men oil garam ker kay achi tarhan se dono janib se fry ker lain. Phir serving platter men toast rakh ker upper se topping dal ker serve karen.

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Water as required

Ingredients for Filling:

  • Beef mince 1 cup
  • Onion chopped 1 medium
  • Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Almond chopped 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Sauce:

  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Mint chopped 1 tbsp
  • Oil 4 to 5 tbsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Filling

 

Method:

Filling bananay kay liye pan men oil garam ker kay onion or garlic ko sauté ker lain phir qeema dal ker bhoon lain phir tamam masalay dal ker mix karen thora sa pani dal ker dum per chor den jab aeema gal jae to bhoon ker sukha lain.
Dough bananay kay liye mixing bowl men maida or tamam ajza dal ker aata goondh lain phir 10 minutes ka rest de ker bail lain or cutter ki madad se gol kat ker filling dal ker koi bhi shape bana lain. (si ko bake, fry or boil bhi ker saktay hain).
Sauce banay kay liye pan men yogurt, corn flour or milk dal ker low flame per itna pakaen kay sauce garha hojae phir is men barak dal ker mix karen phir serving dish men nikal ker upper se oil men garlic or coriander ka tarha bana ker dal lain.

  • Eggs 2 to 3
  • Onion chopped 1 medium
  • Tomato chopped 1 medium
  • Green chili big chopped 2
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Oil as required

Ingredients for dough:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Water as required

Method:
Khageena bananay kay liye pan men oil garam ker kay onion ko sauté ker lain phir tomato hari mirchen or tamam masalay dal ker achi tarhan paka lain phir anday dal ker halka sa mix ker kay kacha paka cholhay se utar lain.
Dough bananay kay liye mixing bowl men maida or tamam ajza dal ker goondh lain. Ab dough ko 10 minutes ka rest de ker pairay bana lain. Phir pairay bail ker 2 rotiyan bana lain phir ek roti per khageena rakh ker dosri roti upper rakh ker sides se seal ker kay garam taway per halka oil laga ker parathay ko dono janib se paka lain.

  • Banana 2 slices
