Arabian chicken is a classic traditional Arabic dish with a hint of desi flavor to make you enjoy it to the fullest!

Ingredients:
- Onion paste 1
- Chicken ½ kg
- Yogurt 250gm
- Green chili 1 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin, coriander (roasted) 1tbsp
- Capsicum paste 1 tbsp
- Cashew as required
- Almond paste 1 tbsp
- Chicken powder 2 pinch
- Crushed black paper 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
Add yogurt in chicken then add onion paste, green chilies, garlic, all spice, cumin, coriander, cashew, almond paste, capsicum paste, crushed black pepper, chicken powder and salt mix well and leave for half hour. Heat oil in pan add ready made mixture in it cook well. When water is dries out and chicken is done give a smoke of coal. Garnish with green coriander and ginger.
Ingredients:
- Bread 6 sliced
- Milk 1 kg
- Condensed milk ½ tin
- Vanilla essence few drop
- Fruit cocktail 1 tin
- Custard powder 6-7 tbsp
- Almond as required
- Jelly 1 packet
- Ghee for frying
- Chocolate for garnish
- Cream 1 packet
Method:
Cut bread slice and soaked in milk. Add fruit cocktail and give shape of ball. Fry in hot clarified butter. Add milk and boil well. Add condensed milk and vanilla essence. Add dissolved custard in milk and cook. When it becomes thick let it cool. Add cream beat well. Place balls in tray. Pour custard over it. Garnish with jelly, almond and chocolate

- Broast masala 4 tbsp
- Egg 2
- Chicken powder ½ tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Green chili paste 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Bread crumbs as required
- Boiled egg for garnish
- French fries for garnish
- Black pepper 2 pinch
- Oil for frying
- Chicken 250 gm
- Green chili chopped 2 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
METHOD:
Add green chili, salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste and water bring to boil. Add broast masala, chicken powder, garlic paste, green chili paste, soya sauce and black pepper in egg mix well. Pierce chicken cubes on skewers then dip in egg mixture. Coat with breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. Garnish with boil eggs and French fries.

- Cashew (soaked) 10
- Almond (soaked) 10
- Water as required
- Onion 1
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon stick 1
- Cloves 4
- Green cardamoms 3
- Bay leaves 2
- Green chili chopped 2
- Yogurt (whisked) 1/2cup
- Gram flour (roasted) 1 tbsp
- Black paper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- White paper ½ tsp
- Chicken boneless cubes 1/2kg
- Ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 2
- Green coriander, ginger and cream for garnish
METHOD:
Blend cashew and almonds to form paste. Boil onion and garlic then blend and form a paste. Heat butter add bay leaves, long, cinnamon and cardamom fry well. Add onion garlic paste and cashew paste fry well. Add water bring to boil and cool. Add yogurt, gram flour, black pepper, white pepper and salt mix well. Heat oil add chicken cook well. Add ginger garlic paste, green chilies and yogurt mixture cover and cook for 5 minute. When yogurt water is dries out add onion mixture, bay leaves. After that add water cook. When oil is separate, garnish with green coriander, ginger and cream, serve.
