This Arbi Paratha is an arbi take on desi paratha. This paratha is stuffed with the most delicious ingredients that don’t just taste great but also after taking the first glance, you wont be able to stop yourself from having it.

Ingredients for filling:
- Chicken mince 1 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tsp
- Green chili pastes 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- cumin powder 1 tsp
- all spices powder ½ tsp
- Spring onion chopped ¼ cup
- Green chili chopped 1 tbsp
- Green coriander chopped 1 tbsp
- Eggs 1
For dough:
- Flour 500 grams
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Water as required
- Manda Patti as required
- Oil for frying
Method:
In a pan heat oil and sauté ginger garlic paste .then add chicken mince and roast .after this all filling spices add and well cook .then add green onion ,green chili ,egg and green coriander mix and set aside .now all dough ingredients mix and knead then leave for 10 to 15 minutes .after this make balls and roll it then place panda patti then keep chicken mixture .finally fold it for 4 sides .then fry in oil and serve .
Ingredients:
- Carrot 1kg
- Milk 2 cup
- Sugar ½ cup
- Milk powder ¼ cup
- Cardamom powder ½ tsp
- Desiccated coconut ¼ cup
- Clarified butter 2 tbsp
- Almonds for garnish
METHOD:
In a pan boil the milk. then add carrot and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. then cook on low flame and add sugar and dry milk and stir continuously then add green cardamom, desiccated coconut and clarified butter mix and again stir continuously then cool it. then garnish with almonds and desiccated coconut and serve.
Ingredients for dough:
- Flour 1 cup
- Clarified butter 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Carom seeds 1 tsp
- Water as required
For filling ingredients:
- Chicken/ Beef mince 1 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Onion chopped ¼ cup
- Ganger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chili pastes 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- All spices powder 1 tsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed coriander 1 tsp
Method:
Heat clarified butter and then all dough ingredients mix and knead .for filling in a pan heat oil and fry onion .then add ginger garlic paste and sauté .after his add green chili paste and chicken mince and mix well then roast .now all spices add and roast .when chicken tender then add spices and roast then stove off .after this make kachori ball and fill the mince mixture then cook on low heat till than golden .
