Ingredients:
- Chicken drumsticks 1 kg
- Soya sauce 1/2 cup
- Packed brown sugar 1/4 cup
- Crushed garlic 2 cloves
- Tomato puree 1 cup
Method:
- Marinate chicken drumsticks with soya sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and tomato puree.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Cover, and cook on Low heat till done.
- You may need to add some water so the sauce doesn’t burn.
