Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless legs 500 gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion paste ½ cup
  • Almond paste ¼ cup
  • Whole dried milk 2 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Almonds 6 – 8
  • Capsicum julienned ¼ cups
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Cream ¼ cup
  • Green coriander chopped for garnish
  • Ginger julienne for garnish

METHOD:
Heat oil add ginger garlic paste fry well. Add chicken and salt fry well. Add little amount of water leave for simmer. When chicken is done add onion paste, almond paste, whole dried milk, poppy seeds, white pepper and chicken powder cook well till oil separate. Add capsicum, almond paste, butter and cream cook till oil separate. Garnish with coriander and ginger.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken with skin 1 kg
  • Lamb fat 200 gm
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar ¼ cup
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Potatoes 4 -5
  • Onion 2 medium
  • Garlic 4 – 5 cloves
  • Green chilies 5 – 6
  • Lemon juice 5 – 6 tbsp
  • Whole wheat flour (kneaded) to seal edges

METHOD:
Cut chicken into 8 pieces, add in mixing bowl. Add salt and vinegar then add water till chicken is cover well and leave for 30 minute. Remove chicken from water, sieve well. Add chicken pieces and fat in pan. Add potato, onion, garlic, green chilies, salt, black pepper and lemon juice. Cover edges of pan with whole wheat flour and leave for simmer for to 45 to 50 minute. Remove chicken & serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Rice 500 gm
  • Ghee ½ cup
  • Green cardamoms 4-5
  • Mango puree 500 gm
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Coconut grated 2 tbsp
  • Yellow color few drops
  • Water as required

METHOD:
In pan add water and yellow food color then add rice cook till boil comes. In separate pan add cardamom sauté well. Add mango puree, sugar, coconut grated and water cook till the sugar is dissolved. Add boiled rice mix well and leave for simmer.
