Ingredients
- For Churros
- Flour 120 gram
- Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp
- Butter 50 gram
- Water 120 mL
- Milk 120 mL
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt a pinch
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
- For Chocolate SauceCream 150 ml
- Cocoa Powder 1 tbsp
- Sugar to taste
- Ground Cinnamon ¼ tsp
Method:
1. In a saucepan add water, milk, butter, sugar ,cinnamon powder ,vanilla essence and salt.2. Now add flour and mix vigorously until no lumps3. Take the pan off the heat and let it cool for a bit4. Add eggs one at a time, mix until smooth5. Transfer mixture to a piping bag6. Pipe desired shapes and sizes before frying7. For chocolate sauce add everything to a bowl and microwave for 1-2mins in 30 sec intervals8. Serve warm churros with chocolate sauce, enjoy

- Mashed Potatoes 2-3units
- Cheese Cubes 8-10pcs
- Coriander 1 bunchDiced
- Onion 1 small
- Ginger garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Salt/Pepper to taste
- Red Chilli Flakes 1tsp
- Breadcrumbs to coat
- Egg 1
Method:
1. Add veggies and seasonings to mashed potatoes, take a scoop of the mix and flatten out in your palm then add cheese cube in the center rolling it into a ball2. Coat in egg and breadcrumbs and fry in oil3. Serve warm with a sauce of your choice
