Ingredients
- Puff pastry Sheet – 1
- Whipping cream – 1 cup
- Powdered Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
Method
Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla essence.
Cut strips of pastry sheets and wrap them onto the cone-shaped aluminum foil and give egg or milk wash.
Bake these cones at 180-degree Celsius pre heated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove aluminum foil from the cone when it is warm.
Once cone is cooled down add cream with cherry and serve.
Ingredients
- Boneless chicken Breast 250 grams
- Cheddar cheese 50g
- Mushrooms 50 grams
- Oregano ½ tsp
- red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
- parsley 1 tsp
- boil spinach 40 grams
- potato 400 grams
- egg 2 pieces
- flour 3 tbsp
- oil for frying
for sauce
- jalapeno 20 grams
- chopped garlic 1/2 tsp
- milk 1 cup
- cream 1/4 cup
- chicken powder 1 tsp
- salt 1 pinch
- yellow mustard 1/2 tbsp
- white pepper 1/2 tsp
- dry Oregano 1/2 tsp
Method
Grate potatoes and set aside in cold water. Now flatten the chicken whole breast gently. Now apply mushroom and cheese layer. Season it then rollout to close it make sure the filling stays. Now dip the roll in eggs then coat with grated potatoes. Then freeze. Deep fry it and set aside.
Prepare sauce by adding all the ingredients and simmer it for a while till it thickens pour over chicken and serve.
