Ingredients
Malai
- milk with cream 1 cup
- sugar 1 tbsp
- milk ¼ cup
- cornflour 1 tsp
Mixture
- milk 500ml
- condensed milk 3tbsp
- sugar 1 tbsp
- milk ¼ cup
- custard powder 2 tbsp
- regular bread slices 8
- sliced almonds pistachionuts
- saffon strand
- cardomom powder ¼ tsp
Method
Prepare Malai with milk, sugar, and cornflour set aside.
Make mixture with milk. Condensed milk, sugar, milk and custard powder then slice bread and spread malai. Soak bread into the mixture and bake for 2 mins and serve hot
Ingredients
- Chicken in cubes 150g
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Egg white 1
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Salt as required
GRAVY
- Sesame oil 1 tbsp
- Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
- Ketchup ½ cup
- Pineapple syrup ½ cup
- All spice powder a pinch
- Button chilies 3/4
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Chicken cube 1
- Salt as required
- Black pepper as required
- Sesame seeds as required
- Spring onions to garnish
- Slurry ( corn flour 1 tbsp + water )
Method
Marinate chicken with corn flour, egg white, white peper and salt. and fry till golden. In a wok make gravy then serve with rice hot
