Ingredients
- All Purpose Flour 80 g
- Egg 2 units
- Sugar 80 g
- Butter 45 g
- Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
- Baking Soda 1 tsp
- Milk 75 ml
- Cocoa Powder 7 g
- Instant Coffee 1 tsp
- Salt A Pinch
- Chocolate Sauce as needed
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Method:
1. Beat egg whites separately and set aside
2. Combine all the dry ingredients except cocoa powder and instant coffee and set aside
3. Beat butter with egg yolks sugar and vanilla and add all the wet ingredients and mix
4. Now fold dry ingredients into wet, do not over mix
5. Fold in egg whites
6. Grease a frying pan pour the batter and cook on both sides
7. Repeat the process with remaining batter
8. Serve whit whipped cream, chocolate sauce and fruit of choice
Ingredients:
- Pasta 300 g
- Milk 150 ml
- Water as needed
- Cream 100 ml
- Cheese 150 g
- Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- White Pepper to taste
- Boneless Chicken 300 g
- Coriander Leaves For garnishing
- Oil to sauté
- Ginger garlic Paste 2 tsp
- Olives Optional
- Peas 80 grams
Method:
1. In a deep cooking pot sauté chicken and peas in oil, ginger garlic paste and seasonings
2. Add water, pasta, followed by milk and cream, let it simmer
3. Lastly add cheese and olives, garnish with coriander leaves and serve warm
