Ingredients:
- Salted Crackers 12-14 pcs
- Marinara Sauce 100 ml
- Chicken Sausage 4-5 whole
- Capsicum 2 chopped
- Onion 1 chopped
- Mozzarella Cheese 150 grams
- Olives as needed
Method:
Arrange crackers in and baking tray Spread marinara evenly, followed by, onions, capsicum, Olives, chicken sausages, repeat and top it off with cheese Bake at 180°C for 8-9 mins, serve warm.
Ingredients:
- All Purpose Flour 120 grams
- Water 200 ml
- Unsalted Butter 75 g
- Salt a pinch
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Eggs 3 units
- Packet Custard 200 g
- Whipped Cream 400 g
- Sprinkles Optional
Method:
In a saucepan water, butter, sugar and salt stir on medium flame until combined.
Now add flour, away from the heat and mix completely and let it cool .
Add eggs one by one and transfer mixture to a piping bag Pipe on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 15-20 mins.
Remove from the sheet and let them cool. Mix together whipped cream and custard and fill in the profiteroles, serve chilled
