INGREDIENTS
- Certified butter ½ cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Flour 2.5 cup
- Water as required
- Gold leave for garnish
- Pistachios for garnish
Sugar syrup
- Sugar ½ cup
- Water 1 cup
- Lemon juice 1 lemon
- Food color ¼ tsp
Method
In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, ghee and form into a ball with a help of water. Let it rest for 5 mins
Now make the sugar syrup adding color to give a nice color for bhalushai. Deep fry then adds into the sugar syrup and serve with garnish.
Ingredients
Chicken for broast 1
FOR MASALA
- Salt 7.5g
- Red chili powder 10g
- Garlic powder 4g
- Ginger powder 2g
- citric acid 0.75g
- Chicken Powder 3.5g
- Turmeric Powder 1.25g
- Mustard Powder 1.25gChaat Masala 2.5g
- Crushed Chilli (optional) as required
- Lemon 1
- Oil 3 tbsp
COATING
- Flour 3 cups
- Chilled water in ice cubes 4 cups
- Oil for frying
- Fries for serving
Method
Mix all the masala in a bowl and set side. Wash chicken twice. Now add masala with oil and lemon marinate chicken over nigh for juicy flavor. Dip chicken in flour then chilled water then again flour (DREGDE METHOD) for flakes.
Deep fry in medium oil
Serve with fries!! HOT
