Ingredients
- Pizza Dough 1
- Beef Mince 50g
- Tomatoes Sliced of 1 tomato
- Capsicum sliced of 1 Capsicum
- Onion medium sliced 1
- Mixed Herbs as required
- Tomato sauce\ Pizza sauce as required
- Mozzarella cheese as required
- Eggs 2
- Flour to dust
Method
Roll out the dough and cut into portion. Now roll the dough in a boat shape.
Add cooked mince with seasonings. Sauce and cheese, now add raw egg on top and bake till golden brown and serve.
Ingredients for Tahini Paste
- 1/2cup toasted sesame seeds.
- Water as required
- Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
- Boiled Chickpeas 500gms / 4cups
- Tahini 6tbs
- Salt 1/2tsp
- Lemon Juice of 2 lemons
- Garlic 2cloves
- Ice Cubes
- Olive Oil while Grinding 4tbs
- Sumac or Paprika for Garnish
- Olive Oil for Spreading
Method
In a processor blend sesame seeds with olive oil till right consistency. Keep aside
Now in the processor add in boiled chickpeas, tahini paste, salt, lemon juice, garlic and grind. Now add ice cubes ( MUST) Add olive oil and blend till the right smooth consistency.
