Ingredients
- warm water 1/3 CUP
- warm milk ½ cup
- active dry yeast 1 tbsp
- Sugar 2 ½ tsp
- salt ½ tsp
- flour 2 ½ cups
- baking powder ½ tsp
- baking soda 1/4 tsp
- cooking oil 2 ½ tbsp.
Method.
In a bowl add warm water, warm milk, add yeast with sugar and salt. Mix and let it rest for 10mins. Add flour baking powder and soda. Add oil and knead now let it proof for 1 hour o2 MAX. then roll into little circles and press to make moon shape and steam.
Ingredients for Dynamite sauce
- Mayo ½ cup
- Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Hot sauce 2 tbsp
- Ketchup 1 tbsp
- Siracha 1 tbsp
- Chicken cubes 150g
- Maida 1 cup
- Corn flour ½ cup
- Water as required
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Red cabbage as required
- Lettuce as required
- Oil for frying
- Sesame seeds or black seeds to garnish
- Salt and pepper as required
Method
Mix all the liquid sauces together. Now cut chicken in cubes
marinate with salt and pepper mix into the batter of corn flour,
maida, baking powder or soda. Deep dry then mix it well with sauce.
Now fill chicken with bao buns or bread.
