Ingredients
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
- Salt 1 & ½ tsp
- Cooking oil 2 tsp
- Water 1 Cup
- Chicken mince 100g
- Garlic ginger chopped 1 tbsp
- Onion 1 small
- Parsley 1 tsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Salt and pepper as required
Method
add all-purpose flour, salt and mix well. -Add oil and mix well.
add water and knead until r and let it rest for 15 minutes
Knead dough again and divide into four equal parts. -Take one part
and roll out with the help of rolling pin then cut into round shape with
the help of the cutter (3 inch) and cover with kitchen towel. -Take
one small rolled dough, sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help
of rolling pin (as thin as possible),add chicken mince filling at the
center,apply water and bring the edges together,press and seal and Fry.
Ingredients
- Chocolate 225g
- Oil ¾ cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Eggs 2
- Vanilla 2 tsp
- Flour ¾ cup
- Cocoa Powder 1/4 Cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coffee 2 tbsp
Method
Melt chocolate in double boiler, then beat eggs properly with sugar, then add vanilla and oil still beat with the help of a beater. Then add flour cocoa powder, coffee and salt. Fold gently. Do not overmix.
Batter will be like cake batter. Add chocolate in the batter and mix. (Thick batter)
Check every 10mins if cooked. Skewer don’t come out as clean. Do not bake full.
