Ingredients for batter
- Chicken 300g
- Egg 1
- Water ½ cup
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Corn flour ½ cup
- Maida 1/4 cup
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
- Tomato ketchup 2 tbs
- Soy sauce 3 tbs
- Chilli sauce 2 tbs
- Corn syrup (optional) 2 tbs
- Sugar 2 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Green chillies 4-5 (cut into half)
- Peanuts roasted & crushed 2-3 tbs
- Safed til (Sesame seeds) as required
- Green onion chopped as required
Method
Fry chicken in the batter and keep aside. In a wok, add cooking oil, garlic, tomato ketchup, soy superchild sauce, corn syrup, sugar, red Chilli powder, salt, turn on the flame, mix well and bring it to boil and cook for 1-2 minutes. Now add fried chicken, green chilies, peanuts, mix well and cook on high flame for a minute. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onion & serve!

- Silicon mold 1
- Brown sugar 2 cup
- Cream 1 cup
- Water 2 tbsp
- Salt As Req
Method
In a sauce pan make caramel sauce add salt. And let it cool down for a bit. Now pour the caramel into the mold and freeze for an hour or 2.
