Ingredients:

  • Cabbage 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Carrots 2
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Black salt ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds (roasted) ½ tsp
  • Mint leaves 1 cup
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp

 

Method:
Cut cabbage, cucumber, tomato, carrots and mint leaves. Then in a bowl add oil, mustard, roasted cumin seeds, black pepper, black salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Now add the vegetables and mix properly. Lastly dish out and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken cheese balls 1 packet
  • Burger buns 4
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Tomato ketchup ½ cup
  • Ice berg lettuce 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato (chopped) 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Fresh coriander as required

Method:
Heat oil and fry chicken cheese balls. Then remove and set aside. Now in a bowl add tomato ketchup, onion, chopped tomato, salt and black pepper. Mix well. Then cut the burger buns from the center and toast it well. Then on the first half place ice berg lettuce and onion and tomato mixture. Now add fried chicken cheese balls. Add mayonnaise and mustard paste. Lastly sprinkle fresh coriander and serve.

  • Chicken (karahi pieces) ½ kg
  • Papaya paste 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Tomatoes (grinded) 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Onions (grinded) 1 cup
  • Green chilies 4
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Fresh coriander as required

Method:
Marinate chicken with papaya paste and vinegar for about half an hour. Then heat oil in a pan fry grinded onions. Now add grinded tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, salt and ginger garlic. Cook well. Then add chicken and cook well. Now add tomato paste, yogurt and cream, cover and cook on a low heat. Once the chicken is cooked add green chilies and butter. Lastly sprinkle fresh coriander and serve hot
