Ingredients:
- Samosa wrappers as required
- Oil for brush
- Shrimp 300gm
- Buttermilk 1/2 cup
- Cornstarch 1/2 cup
- Garlic powder 2 teaspoons
- Salt 1 tablespoon
For Bang Bang Sauce:
- Mayonnaise 1⁄2 cup
- Sweet chili sauce 3 tablespoons
- Crushed red pepper 1 teaspoon
- Paprika 1⁄4 teaspoon
- Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Honey 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Scallions sliced for garnish
Method:
Apply oil on samosa wraps and place in muffin try, bake till crispy and becomes muffin cups. Dip shrimps in butter milk. Add cornstarch, garlic powder and salt mix well. Remove shrimps from buttermilk, coat with cornstarch fry well. Mix all ingredients of sauce. Coat shrimps in sauce. Add in cups, pour extra sauce. Garnish with green onion serve.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes grated 1/2 kg
- Onion half
- Egg 1
- Garlic minced 1 tsp
- Cornstarch 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese grated 1 cup
- Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
- Oil for frying
- Sour cream to serve
- Green onion chopped to serve
Method:
Mix all ingredients. Pour mixture in pan, golden fry it. Make all pan cake. Garnish with sour cream and chopped green onion.
