Ingredients:

  • Boiled black gram 1 cup
  • Boiled Corns 1 cup
  • Boiled white kidney beans ½ cup
  • Boiled red kidney beans ½ cup
  • Chopped onion ½ cup
  • Chopped garlic ½ tbsp
  • Chopped cucumber 1 cup
  • Chopped tomato ½ cup
  • Chopped coriander ½ cup
  • Olive oil ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice ½ cup
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp

 

Method:

All ingredients mix in a bowl and serve.

Fish Tempura With Orange Sauce:

Ingredients for marination:

  • Fish fillet 2 pieces
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 01 tbsp
  • Oil for fry

For batter:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1 ½ cup
  • Egg 1
  • Baking powder 1 tbsp
  • Chilled Water as required
  • Oil 1 cup

For Orange Sauce:

  • Orange juice 1 cup
  • Water ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 3-4 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Sugar 2-3 tbsp
  • Custard powder as required

 

Method:

In fish white pepper, salt, vinegar mix and leave for 30 minutes. Mixflour, Corn flour, Egg, Baking powder, Salt with water & make a better thick. Now dip the fish in batter and fry it. After this mixing orange juice, water, lemon juice, chicken powder, salt & sugar and when boil then add custard powder for thickness now pour the sauce on fish and serve hot.
