Ingredients:

  • Rice 500 gm
  • Beef with bone 500 gm
  • Chickpeas boiled 1 cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion slices 1 cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili small 5 – 6
  • Coriander chopped 1 bunch
  • Mint chopped 1 bunch
  • Fresh soya chopped 1 bunch
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Beef stock as required

 

 

METHOD:
Pan men oil garam ker kay onion ko golden brown ker len phir lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker sauté Karen or beef dal ker achi garhan bhoon len phir thora sa pani shamil ker kay dum per chor den jab beef gal jae to tamam sukhay masalay or green paste dal ker achi tarhan boon len yahan tak kay oil or masala alag alag hojae phir beef stock dal ker oil anay den phir chawal shamil ker kay inta pakaen kay pani chawal ki satah tak reh jae phir dum per chor den.

  • Onion slices 1 large
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Yogurt 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder ½ tbsp
  • Red chili crushed ½ tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Green chili big chopped 1 tbsp
  • Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  • Ginger julienne 1 tbsp

METHOD:
Taway per oil dal ker garam Karen phir piyaz dal ker brown ker len phir lehsan or adrak paste dal ker sauté Karen phir tamam sukhay masala, tomato puree or dahi dal ker achi tarhan bhunaee ker len jab oil or gravy alag alag hojae to boiled beef or shaljam dal ker thora sa pani shamil Karen or 7 se 8 minutes tak dum per chor den. Jab shaljam gal jae to chopped hari mirch, dhania or adrak dal ker mazeed inti bhunaee Karen kay oil or gravy alag alag ho jae.

  • Okra 1 cup
  • Mutton chops 500 gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion slices 2 medium
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato slices 4 – 5
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek dried 1 tsp
  • Green chili big julienne 3 – 4
  • Coriander chopped 1 tbsp

Ingredients to temper :

  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chili whole 6 -8

METHOD:
Pan men oil garam kay kay onion ko golden brown ker len phir hari mirch, lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker mutton chops shamil Ker kay achi tarhan bhoon len phir thora sa pani dal ker dum per chor den jab chops gal jaen to haldi, lal mirch, garam masala, namak or tomato slices dal ker achi tarhan bhoon len yahan tak kay oil or gravy alag alag hojae. Phir bhindi dal ker thora sa pani shamil Karen or dum per chor den jab bhindi gal jae to hari mirch, adrak or hari mirchen dal ker mazeed itni bhunaee Karen kay oil or gravy alag alag hojae.
